Job Summary:
Provide IT support to ONU students, faculty & staff.
Principal Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist walk-in customers at the IT Help Desk
- Answer incoming phone calls at the IT Help Desk
- Respond to Help Desk emails in a timely manner
- Create IT Support tickets
- Provide quick solutions to general IT-related issues
- Troubleshoot and fix general computer-related problems
- Assist with miscellaneous work/projects as instructed by supervisor
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Professionalism
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Have a general understanding of current technology
- Have a general understanding of ONU IT resources & procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled as an ONU student
- Good academic standing
