Job Summary:
General Assistant to the eports head coach.
Principal Responsibilities
Some of these responsibilities will be assigned to you, not all.
- Provide set-up, and clean-up(if applicable)
- Technical assistance (PC’s, Peripherals, Streaming Services)
- Assist with organization-related activities
- Monitor esports / gaming facilities
- Oversee practices
- Assist in program responsibilities (i.e. Streaming, Content, Schedule Management, etc)
- Provide instruction, training and skill development
- Follow department policies and procedures
- Come to work as scheduled by supervisor
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Understanding of PC parts and gaming software used (Discord, Twitch, Streamlabs). Can be taught but willingness to learn
- Windows 11 capabilities. Can be taught but willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Professionalism
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a sophomore or higher
- Must be enrolled as an ONU student
- Good Academic Standing
