Oghosa's Adult Activity Center is currently hiring passionate, dependable individuals to join our team. We are looking for professionals with a strong commitment to supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a structured, community-based day program.
Position Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Transporting individuals to and form our day program is required using company vehicles
- Clean driving record
- Proof of insurance mandatory
- Background in direct care or day program services
- Certification as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
Additional Training Provided:
New team members will be set up for Aegis Training through our organization.
Aegis Training Solutions provides crisis intervention training and certification designed specifically for professionals in mental and behavioral healthcare settings, enhancing safety, communication, and support strategies.
