The Case Management Information and Payrolling System (CMIPS) project operates a system for the In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Program, collaborating with the California Department of Social Services. It manages case management for over 885,000 active recipients and supports more than 795,000 eligible providers. CMIPS processes over 1.72 million timesheets monthly, ensuring timely payroll payments exceeding $20 billion annually.
Under the general direction of the Case Management Information and Payrolling System (CMIPS) Assistant Project Director of Technology Services (IT Manager I), the Applications and Business Solutions Manager provides leadership and oversight for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of CMIPS applications and payrolling solutions to support the In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) program.
