Our MSO provides centralized operational support to our members ensuring seamless clinic performance and outstanding patient experiences.
We are seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to provide support to our Operations Leadership in the areas of day-to-day business operations, compliance, credentialing, and revenue cycle coordination across our multi-site urgent care network.
Position Summary
The Business Operations Coordinator plays a critical role within the MSO, coordinating key administrative, operational, compliance, and RCM activities that drive performance and regulatory integrity.
The ideal candidate is an organized, analytical, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and understands operations an urgent care business or medical group setting.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
· Serve as the primary liaison between clinic managers, billing teams, and MSO leadership.
· Assist Business Operations Leadership in implementing and monitoring standardized processes and performance metrics (KPIs) for operational efficiency, patient flow, and staffing optimization.
· Support the rollout of new systems, technology tools, and workflow improvements.
· Maintain internal reports, dashboards, and trackers for business and compliance performance.
· Assist urgent care centers with payroll, online training system, and EMR issues.
· Other administrative duties as assigned.
Administrative & Project Support
· Provide direct support to the VP of Business Operations for cross-functional initiatives and special projects.
· Coordinate communications between internal departments, vendors, and external partners.
· Contribute to continuous process improvement, documentation standardization, and training programs.

· Run and maintain monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly billing reports.
· Support Executive Leadership and RCM team to ensure accurate charge capture, claim submission, and payment reconciliation.
· Oversee collection of credentialing packages for all providers, checking for completion and accuracy before submitting to the Credentialing Department
· Coordinate with clinic management to ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, CMS, etc.).
· Work with Operations Leadership (both Business and Clinical) to update and maintain policies, procedures, and compliance documentation for MSO and urgent care sites.
Qualifications
Education
· Associate’s degree required.
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
Experience
· 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations or MSO/medical group management.
· Knowledge of operational and compliance processes in a multi-site healthcare setting.
· Familiarity with regulatory standards such as HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and CMS preferred.
· Experience with EMR/PM systems (e.g., Experity, Athena, eClinicalWorks, or similar).
· Working knowledge of provider credentialing documentation requirements
