Duties
- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of waste.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients for cooking.
- Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all necessary items are clean and ready for service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow during busy service times.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Assist with bussing tables when necessary to maintain a clean dining environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
