What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Room Attendant position at Off Strip Hotel?
This position is responsible for providing guests with a clean guest room and public areas. Key duties are to clean and replenish guest rooms and baths with amenities, supplies, and linen and terry in accordance with Company standards and, inspect and report rooms that need maintenance repairs. Other duties include stocking supply carts, room deep-cleaning projects, and assisting with other duties as needed. Our Room Attendants are measured by the amount of time it takes to complete their assigned rooms, the quality of their work and other company goals. We are looking for people who are reliable, flexible, and team players.
Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs.
Must be able to spend majority of the day walking, twisting, bending, pushing/pulling and kneeling while cleaning.
Strong attention to detail required.
Must be able to follow written and verbal directions and, communicate with guests to provide excellent customer service.
Must be reliable and be able to work flexible hours and days, including weekends and holidays.
Must be capable of working in a fast paced environment.
