What you’ll do
- Prospect, call, and follow up to build a robust pipeline of national and local accounts.
- Create quotes, bids, and proposals; negotiate pricing aligned to company guidelines.
- Oversee projects from bid stage to close, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
- Provide product guidance and sync with operations to meet delivery schedules.
- Support accounts receivable and keep precise sales records.
Your background
- 2 years inside sales experience (bonus if in construction or steel).
- Persuasive communicator with strong negotiation ability.
- Skilled at managing multiple accounts and consistently achieving targets.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is beneficial.
Compensation & benefits
Typical total earnings: $75,000–$90,000 including commission, commensurate with experience and performance.
