Updating Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Sales from all product groups
Assist Management as needed
Strong organization and time management skills
Take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
Ability to separate themselves in frustrating situations and guide customers to efficient solutions
Ability to work in a self-directed way
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, HS or equivalent education minimum preferred
Basic understanding of the construction process (building supplies)
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and follow up skills
Basic math and computer skills and understanding of sales margins
Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Ability to continually learn and retain new product information.
