Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers.

- Review technical designs, proposals, and engineering documentation.
- Establish and improve engineering processes and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product quality, manufacturability, and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and hands-on engineering support as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 7 years of engineering, product development, or mechanical design experience.
- 4 years of engineering leadership experience.
- Proficiency with CAD design tools.
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or product development environment preferred.
- Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings and project support.
