The Logistics Manager oversees warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and work order kitting. This role leads the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure materials are received accurately, inventory is maintained properly, and production kits are completed on time and without errors. The position is also responsible for driving operational efficiency and managing departmental costs.
Salary: $75K–$100K.
Bonus: 10%
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, supply chain, business, industrial engineer, or similar field is required.
- 3-5 years working in a parts pulling environment, warehouse, or logistics.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a manager, supervisor or lead role is a required.
- Previous MRP/ Regulated environment experience.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to be onsite.
