Our company, ODM Construction, is seeking a skilled Residential Interior Designer with a minimum of three years of proven experience to join our team. This role involves working on a variety of residential projects, including full-scale remodels such as kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home renovations. This is an in-office position; remote work is not available.
Requirements:
- 3 years of residential interior design experience
- Completion of 20 residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software
- Experience sourcing materials and working with vendors and showrooms
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
This position serves as a support role to the owner, project manager, and lead designer. Strong organization, excellent listening skills, and fast response time are essential.
Candidates must have a strong eye for balance and proportion, along with the professionalism and personality to work closely with team members and clients while delivering a five-star experience. The role requires comfortable commuting to active job sites and interacting directly with clients.
