ODM Construction is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our growing brand and media presence. This role is ideal for someone who understands content creation, campaign tracking, and execution, not just posting. You’ll work directly with ownership and leadership to plan, track, and produce marketing content that drives real results.
This is a full-time, in-office position and requires comfort working around active job sites and collaborating closely with the internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage ongoing marketing and media campaigns (social, ads, email, promotions)
- Assist with content planning and execution for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Record video content in-office and at job sites (phone camera)
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
- Organize and maintain a content calendar
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads) and report results
- Coordinate with ownership on messaging, campaigns, and priorities
- Maintain organized folders for media assets, drafts, and final content
- Assist with marketing initiatives such as flyers, mailers, promotions, and brand materials
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in marketing, content creation, or social media
- Comfortable recording and editing video (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
- Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok
- Ability to track campaigns and follow through
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, proactive, and fast response time
- Comfortable working in an office and job-site environment
