Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Interior Designer in Los Angeles, CA. The Junior Interior Designer will be responsible for assisting in space planning, creating and reviewing construction drawings, selecting and arranging furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and contributing to the overall interior design projects. Day-to-day duties include collaborating with senior designers, coordinating with architects and contractors, and ensuring that designs meet client expectations and project requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in Space Planning and Interior Design
- Knowledge of Architecture and creating Construction Drawings
- Familiarity with selecting and arranging FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp and Design Manager is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
