Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager, EPC, based in Tewksbury, MA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Project Manager will oversee and manage EPC projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Responsibilities include coordinating all aspects of project execution, such as planning, resource allocation, scheduling, procurement, logistics, inspections, and commissioning. The Project Manager will also work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and construction teams to ensure seamless workflow and quality standards. Maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders is integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, emphasizing planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor-related activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Familiarity with Inspection processes to maintain compliance and quality standards
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate the transportation and delivery of project components
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing risks and resolving challenges
- Experience in the energy, construction, or engineering industry is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in project management tools and software; certification such as PMP is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field preferred
