This role is structured as a Contract-to-Hire position with a 60-day trial period. Sully.ai maintains an exceptionally high performance bar, and this structure ensures mutual alignment before transitioning to full-time.

What You'll Do

  • Design scalable systems, playbooks, and processes that turn early traction into repeatable, metrics-driven execution.
  • Collaborate deeply with product and engineering to translate customer needs into technical requirements, workflows, and product improvements.
  • Serve as a technical thought partner—evaluating edge cases, shaping agent workflows, and ensuring AI outputs meet clinical and operational quality bars.
  • Stay close to customers, especially clinicians, and continuously refine workflows using data, feedback, and rapid iteration.

What You _ Must _ Bring

  • Ex-Founder or founding team member with experience building and scaling a SaaS or AI-driven product from zero -> $10M ARR .
  • Strong technical fluency—comfortable partnering directly with engineering, understanding system constraints, and debugging complex workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across engineering, product, data, clinical operations, and GTM teams.
  • Track record of exceeding outcomes in fast-moving environments.

First-Month Focus

  • Build a deep understanding of Sully’s AI agents, inference pipelines, and clinical workflow integrations.
  • Stand up a foundational operating system for your function—dashboards, processes, SLAs, and cross-functional cadences.
  • Deliver early wins: Improve agent workflow stability, deliver new products and ship quick process improvements with measurable impact.

Success OKRs (90 Days)

  • Establish a repeatable system for your function with clear KPIs and documented workflows.
  • Deliver measurable improvements (e.g., reduced escalations, increased adoption, improved activation velocity).
  • Partner with engineering and product to ship at least 2 major workflows, products, quality, or reliability improvements based on customer feedback.
