Location: San Francisco (in-person, 6 days/week)
Total Compensation: $130k - $205k / year
At Virio, we're looking for an exceptional Ex-Founder to join our founding team. You've built something from scratch before - hired a team, closed deals, figured things out when no one had the answers. Now you want to do it again, but with more firepower behind you.
You'll work directly with our CEO on whatever matters most: sales, recruiting, ops, partnerships. The role is intentionally broad because early-stage startups need people who can context-switch and execute across the board.

Skills & Qualification
- Founded or co-founded a company from the ground up
- Experience in building a strong team and culture.
- B2B SaaS experience, ideally selling to marketing, content, or growth teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Scrappy, organized, type-A, motivated, founder mentality
- Work directly with the CEO on business strategy and execution
- Building and managing a high-performing team
- Identifying and recruiting top talent, with a focus on finding individuals who align with our company culture and values
- Build and maintain internal systems and processes
- Coordinate across the team to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Support the CEO on whatever needs to get done
- Keep the trains running - manage day-to-day operations so the team can focus
- $70K-$120K base, $130k-$205k TC
