Real Estate Finance (Loan Servicing & Asset Management) Associate | Multiple Offices
A national law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Loan Servicing and Asset Management team within the Real Estate Finance practice.
This position is open to candidates in any of the firms 20 US Major Markets including Boston, NYC, Washington, DC, Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle - as well as smaller markets.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in real estate finance matters
- Strong academic credentials
- Prior law firm or judicial clerkship experience
- Excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills
Experience Profile - The Ideal candidates will have broad real estate finance experience, with specific exposure to:
- Loan servicing consent transactions
- Loan modifications and workouts
- Loan sales
- Asset management matters
Experience with CMBS, CRE CLOs, and other securitized products is a plus.

Bar Admission
- Juris Doctor (JD) required

Salary : $250,000 - $390,000
