Responsibilities
We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Campaign Specialist to bring creative ideas to life and turn strategy into impact. In this role, you’ll plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that connect with audiences, strengthen brand presence, and drive measurable results. If you thrive at the intersection of creativity, data, and execution—and love seeing campaigns perform in the real world—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Support planning, management, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and other relevant channels
- Collaborate with creative, content, and media teams to steer development of compelling campaign messaging and assets
- Own campaign timelines from concept through launch and post-campaign analysis
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Optimize campaigns in real time to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution
- Prepare campaign reports and present insights to stakeholders
- 3–5 years of project management experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business, or a similar field (required)
- Proven experience executing end-to-end marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Wrike, Salesforce.com and Demandbase
- Familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance optimization
- Within easy travel distance to Madison, Alabama, office
