OCR are partnered with a multi-billion dollar Global Hedge Fund looking to hire a Senior Operations specialist in their Loans team based in Stamford, CT. The firm has a strong global presence across the US, Europe and Asia, known for a high-performance and collaborative work environment, offering long-term progression opportunities.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end closing, settlement, and ongoing lifecycle management of private and syndicated loan trades across primary and secondary markets. The role involves monitoring and reconciling loan cash flows, interest, fees, and principal activity, while acting as a key liaison with agents, counterparties, custodians, and internal investment teams to ensure accurate and timely processing. You will also ensure precise booking in portfolio management systems and contribute to process improvements through automation and operational enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role at a Hedge Fund or Investment bank with strong product knowledge of both private and syndicated loans.
