Role: Senior Recruiter

Location: Stamford, CT

Job Summary:

• Manage full-cycle hiring for high-volume, cross-functional roles, from intake through offer close
• Assess candidates for technical capability, leadership potential, and cultural fit
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align on hiring strategy, priorities, and timelines
• Coach hiring managers on structured interviews, competencies, and decision-making
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates and internal partners
• Collaborate with external search partners and manage vendor engagements
• Produce recurring and ad hoc recruiting metrics and reports
• Deliver a high-touch candidate and internal client experience
• Support additional HR initiatives as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years’ experience recruiting in house within financial services, asset management, pr banking
