Pay Range: $35.10 – $43.15 per hour
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Pay Range: $28.23 – $34.70 per hour
RN Nurse Unit Manager (Night Shift)
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Salary: $78,200 – $96,762 annually

Position Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Our nurses work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure every resident receives quality, compassionate, and individualized care.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
- Supervise, support, and direct nursing assistants in the delivery of resident care.
- Coordinate nursing services with other departments to ensure each resident's comprehensive plan of care is maintained.
- Ensure nursing personnel follow established policies, procedures, and job responsibilities.
- Participate in state and federal surveys and inspections conducted by authorized agencies.
- Complete resident admissions, transfers, and discharges accurately and efficiently.
- Safely administer medications and treatments by verifying the correct resident, medication, route, dosage, and time before administration.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment.
Qualifications
- Current Michigan RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care.
- Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
