Part-Time RN/LPN – One-on-One Client Care in the Home
Comfort Keepers is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a part-time basis. Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct nursing assessments and monitor client health status
- Provide skilled nursing services according to the client's plan of care
- Perform wound care and dressing changes (wound care experience is a plus)
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Educate clients and family members regarding health conditions and care needs
- Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and the care team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN license in the State of Michigan
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage client needs effectively
- Home care experience preferred but not required
- Wound care experience is highly valued
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
