Posted Salary Range: Starting from USD $15.00/Hr. Shift: AM Position Type: Regular Full-Time
As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of each guest room to deliver unmatched service excellence to our guests.
Responsibilities:
Housekeeping Room Attendant responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, to meet established cleanliness standards
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to ensure guest comfort
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties in guest rooms and hallways
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is in good working condition
- Assist with special cleaning projects as required by management or during peak periods
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
What are we looking for?
- Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in custodial or industrial cleaning preferred, particularly within hotel or hospitality settings
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Passion for providing exceptional service to guests and team members
- Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisors
