What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Supervisor position at Ocean Breeze Waterpark?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be able to fulfill all functions and duties of all Admissions Department positions
- Assign duties to admission team members
- Review daily time sheets
- Conduct pre and post shift meetings
- Conduct department orientation trainings
- Conduct in-service training sessions and weekly safety topic trainings
- Provide coaching to team members
- Issue disciplinary action according to park policies and procedures as needed
- Ensure admission work areas are clean, organized, and stocked with supplies and equipment
- Supervise guest experience to ensure excellent customer service is provided by team members, respond to guest concerns
- Ensure all park policies and procedures are being followed by team members
- Identify concerns and work with management to resolve concerns
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and team members
- Provide superior customer service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
- Assist customers with questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark
- Follow Park policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Experience in department or equivalent supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to accept guidance and supervision
- Demonstrate ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership
- Be aware, attentive, and work well with others
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protection
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time
