What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Cashier position at Ocean Breeze Waterpark?
No prior experience required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell daily tickets, season passes, and other products in a quick and friendly manner
- Receive payment by cash, credit cards, gift cards, and vouchers
- Proper handling, storage, and organization of credit card receipts
- Suggest additional products to offer the best park experience
- Good cash handling skills
- Redeem season passes and issue RFID wristbands to season pass holders
- Follow opening and closing procedures to maintain cleanliness standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees
- Provide superior guest service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
- Assist customers with all questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark
- Follow Park policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to operate a computer and computer software programs
- Ability to count money and make change
- Approachable, outgoing and excited about suggestive selling
- Ability to accept guidance and supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership
- Be aware, attentive, and work well with others
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
