General Laborer

Job Description:The Print Press Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining printing equipment used to apply designs onto clothing and apparel. This role involves preparing artwork, aligning screens or plates, ensuring color accuracy, and producing high-quality prints while meeting production deadlines. The operator must follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and ensure consistency and quality across all printed garments.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate screen-printing, heat-press, or digital print machines for apparel.Mix and prepare inks, verify colors, and test prints for accuracy.Load garments onto press and ensure proper alignment for each print run.Inspect printed items for quality, clarity, and consistency.Adjust machine settings as needed to achieve proper pressure, temperature, and print registration.Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot print equipment daily.Follow production schedules and meet order deadlines.Keep workstation organized and follow safety and quality control standards.Package finished garments and prepare orders for shipping or distribution.Communicate with supervisors or designers regarding artwork, corrections, or production needs.Skills & Qualifications:Experience with screen printing, heat press, or direct-to-garment (DTG) machines preferred.Strong attention to detail and color matching.Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency.Basic mechanical or technical troubleshooting skills.Ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes of apparel as needed.Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.THIS IS A 3RD SHIFT POSITION - Monday - Friday 10pm - 6am STARTING TODAY 12/03/2025Company DescriptionStaffing Provider.
