Job description
The Warehouse General Laborer will contribute to efficient warehouse operations in a general merchandise environment. This day shift role involves fundamental tasks essential to the smooth processing and handling of goods, supporting overall team productivity. Operators will use pallet jacks, sit-down forklifts and follow established safety procedures while performing their duties. Opportunities for advancement and additional training are available based on performance reviews.
Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare merchandise for shipment
- Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment
- Palletize products ensuring stability and safety
- Pick items accurately to fulfill orders
- Operate pallet jack safely and efficiently
- Adhere to team safety protocols and warehouse procedures
Preferred Qualifications
• Picking and packing experience
• RF scanner and WMS experience
• Label printing skills
• Intermediate computer knowledge
• Strong attention to detail
