Position Summary:The Customer Service Representative (CSR) with Warehouse Logistics experience serves as the primary point of contact between customers, internal departments, and warehouse operations. This role ensures accurate order processing, timely shipment coordination, and resolution of customer inquiries, while maintaining high standards of communication and service quality.Key Responsibilities:Customer Support & Communication:Serve as the main liaison for customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution.Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and customer portal messages regarding orders, shipments, and product availability.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and service excellence.Manage customer complaints and returns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.Order & Inventory Management:Enter, review, and process customer orders in the ERP/WMS system accurately and efficiently.Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on schedule.Track shipments and provide customers with real-time status updates.Assist with inventory management, stock level verification, and backorder follow-ups.Logistics Coordination:Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse personnel to schedule and track deliveries.Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, packing slips, labels, customs paperwork if applicable).Support inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring compliance with company and carrier requirements.Administrative & Reporting Duties:Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and customer communications.Generate reports on order trends, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction metrics.Collaborate with accounting for billing, credit, and payment-related inquiries.Qualifications:Education & Experience:High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.2–4 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping processes, and inventory management systems.Proficiency with ERP/WMS and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce).Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Team-oriented mindset with the ability to coordinate across departments.Company DescriptionStaffing Provider.
