Overview:
We are seeking a customer-oriented and detail-driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our swing shift operations. The ideal candidate is empathetic, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensure accuracy in order processing, and support warehouse operations using WMS tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customer needs to deliver effective solutions.
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information using WMS and CRM systems.
- Print picking slips and shipping labels using warehouse management software (Extensiv or similar).
- Document customer interactions and maintain account files in Excel and Outlook.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently within service timelines.
- Collaborate with other CSRs to ensure all work is completed on time.
- Follow communication procedures and operational policies.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a CSR role, preferably within a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Experience with WMS platforms (Extensiv, ShipHero, etc.) and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with label printing, picking slips, and shipment documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
