Position SummaryThe Assembler will be responsible for assembling and installing basketball courts, including flooring panels, rims, backboards, structural components, and related hardware. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions and drawings, and a commitment to producing high-quality, safe installations for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble basketball court components, including modular flooring, frames, hoops, poles, and accessories.Read and interpret assembly diagrams, blueprints, and written instructions.Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.Ensure all parts are installed correctly, aligned, and secured according to specifications.Inspect and test assembled components for quality, safety, and durability.Load, unload, and organize materials needed for each project.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Communicate any missing parts, defects, or installation challenges to supervisors.Follow all company safety policies and comply with OSHA guidelines.Work collaboratively with team members to complete installations on schedule.QualificationsRequired:High school diploma or equivalent.Experience with general assembly, construction, or installation work.Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Reliable transportation to job sites.Preferred:Experience assembling sports equipment, flooring systems, or modular structures.Ability to read technical drawings or blueprints.Previous field installation or construction experience.Company DescriptionStaffing Provider.
