Responsibilities:
OBXtek is currently seeking a Senior Analyst for a contract to support the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS, G8. The Senior Analyst will serve as a key member of the Transparency Team within the Resource Documentation Division (FDP) of the DCS G-8. This role is responsible for supporting the Army's Transparency Initiative, which tracks equipment from programming through budgeting, procurement, delivery, and unit-level receipt. The Senior Analyst will coordinate with ASA(FMC), ASA(ALT), and Army DCS G-8 Action Officers to assess data collection files in AE2S and produce quality control reports using AE2S reporting tools, Microsoft Excel, and manual data collection methods.
Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Assess AE2S data collection files during each data collection period.
- Coordinate with ASA(FMC), ASA(ALT), and Army DCS G-8 Action Officers.
- Produce quality control reports using AE2S tools, Excel, and manual methods.
- Assist in analysis, design, staffing, and frequency of QC reports.
- Maintain organized electronic file folders by appropriation, program, and subject.
- Participate in Transparency IPT meetings, monthly CoC, and quarterly GOSC.
- Conduct cross-functional assessments and recommend business rules and procedures.
- Develop and conduct integrated training and draft results for HQDA approval
- Active Top Secret security clearance
