- In a patron usage facility, circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities and machinery.
- Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instruction, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc.
- Plans, conducts, publicizes and arranges support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions. May provide work guidance to other staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Conditions of employment
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Must be available to work weekdays and weekend evening shifts, to include holidays.
- Full-time employees are expected to work Monday - Friday 0500-1300. Work schedule may vary based on operational needs.
- Part-time employees will work a reduced schedule Monday - Friday with the hours of 0500-1300. Work schedule may vary based on operational needs.
