Customer Engagement Associate Responsibilities

- Participate in ongoing Customer Engagement Associate development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales expertise.
- Collaborate with fellow Customer Engagement Associates to build a supportive, high-performing team environment focused on shared success.
Customer Engagement Associate Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or community outreach preferred.
- Coursework in communications, business, or entrepreneurship is an asset.
- Charismatic, personable, and able to engage customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
