EWM Consultant - Commercial Team

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to support ongoing SAP S/4HANA initiatives. This role will focus on hands-on EWM configuration, enhancements, and operational support, with strong partnership across supply chain, logistics, and IT stakeholders. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a consultant interested in long-term ownership within the environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP EWM within an S/4HANA landscape
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Support inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, and inventory management
• Collaborate with ABAP and integration teams on enhancements and issue resolution
• Participate in testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and production support
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and end-user support as needed
• Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure stable warehouse operations
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM
• Experience supporting or implementing EWM on S/4HANA
• Solid understanding of warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, staging, picking, packing, goods issue/receipt)
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• USC or GC status required
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior contract-to-hire or long-term project experience
• Experience working with integrated SAP modules (MM, SD, TM)
• Exposure to RF, labor management, or automation integrations is a plus
