What You’ll Do
Strategic Execution
- Partner with leadership on annual and quarterly planning, prioritization, and goal-setting
- Translate strategy into clear, executable roadmaps with defined outcomes
- Break down complex, ambiguous challenges into structured, actionable plans
- Develop executive-ready presentations, business cases, and decision frameworks
- Establish and drive operating cadence across Product, Pricing, Digital, and Data teams
- Define and track KPIs to ensure accountability and performance against objectives
- Identify organizational bottlenecks and remove friction across cross-functional teams
- Lead high-impact, revenue- and customer-experience–driven initiatives critical to the company’s next chapter
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to the VP of Technologies
- Prepare leadership briefings and synthesize complex topics for executive audiences
- Represent leadership in key forums and cross-functional working sessions
- Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Operations
- MBA from a top-tier or strong regional program preferred
- 2–6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, investment banking, product strategy, or a high-performance operating environment
- Exceptional analytical rigor and financial modeling capability
- Executive-level written and verbal communication skills
- High intellectual horsepower paired with strong execution discipline
