Available Positions & Scheduling

Full-Time Day Shift Nurse (RN/LPN)
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Full-Time Night Shift Nurse (RN/LPN)
6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Compensation

Registered Nurse (RN): $38.00–$40.00/hour
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $32.00–$34.00/hour

Additional Pay & Incentives

• Additional $0.10/hour for each year of nursing experience (up to 20 years)

• $3.00/hour Night Shift Differential

• RN Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (Full-Time Only – Paid Out Over One Year)

• LPN Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Full-Time Only – Paid Out Over One Year)

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care while ensuring resident comfort, dignity, and safety

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately

• Complete accurate and timely documentation

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team

• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing

• Strong clinical and assessment skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
