Full-Time Night Shift

6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• 12-hour shifts

• $3.00/hour Night Shift Differential

• $2.00/hour Weekend Differential

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Work a weekend night and earn an additional $5.00/hour in shift differentials.

Competitive Nurse Pay

Registered Nurse (RN): $32.00–$34.00/hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $28.00–$31.00/hour

Plus:

• $0.10/hour for each year of verified nursing experience, up to 20 years

• $3.00/hour Night Shift Differential

• $2.00/hour Weekend Differential

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus, paid over one year

• Annual performance evaluation with the potential for a pay increase

What You'll Do

As an RN or LPN, you'll work alongside our nursing team to provide compassionate, high-quality care throughout the night.

• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition

• Administer medications and treatments

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Supervise and support CNAs

• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team

• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety

What We're Looking For

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license

• Strong clinical and assessment skills

• Dependable and team-oriented

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• Commitment to providing excellent resident care
