Compensation & Incentives

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid out over 1 year)

• RN Pay: $32.00 – $34.00/hour

• LPN Pay: $28.00 – $31.00/hour

• Experience Pay: $0.10/hour per year of experience (up to 20 years)

Shift Differentials

• Nights: $3.00/hour

• Weekends: $2.00/hour

Schedule Available

• Part-Time Night Shift

• 12-Hour Shifts

What You'll Do

• Perform nursing assessments and deliver care within scope of practice

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Supervise, support, and collaborate with CNA staff

• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/EHR systems

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and facility policies

• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-focused environment

What We're Looking For

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing

• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills

• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with CNA staff

• Experience with EMR/EHR systems

• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance

• Current BLS certification

• Experience with catheter care and tube feeding (as applicable to licensure)

• Strong communication and organizational skills
