As a Scheduler, you will work at the front desk for a program that serves adults with mental illness and/or substance abuse disorders, children with serious emotional disturbance, and members of the armed services/veterans. You must possess a level of acceptance and a level of respect for people with mental illness, an understanding of front desk security, good written and verbal skills, and a working knowledge of crisis intervention and prevention.
Schedule: Mondays 11am-8pm, Tuesday-Friday 830am-5pm; with a 30 minute unpaid lunch
Location: Lawrenceville, NJ
Responsibilities: Under the direct supervision of the Program Supervisor, the Scheduler is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Greeting and directing guests;
- Interface with management staff of all levels regarding the status of employees' records;
- Tracking statistical information such as program spreadsheets in Excel;
- Running reports and follow up as needed;
- Managing projects;
- Coordinating deadlines with management;
- Assisting with answering phones - lunch coverage (45 minutes); rotating coverage when receptionist is out;
- PO requests: ordering supplies;
- Maintaining petty cash/debit card

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Secretarial, administrative or clerical experience;
- 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
