As the Director of AR, you will help to oversee the Accounts Receivable team located in Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ.
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm; 1 hour unpaid lunch
Competencies:
The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel and Word; have strong supervisory organization, math, and communication skills and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality; Knowledge of NetSmart is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Accounts Receivable (A/R) to ensure timely reimbursement to the Agency and provide administrative guidance to staff. Ensure staff members remain competent to perform assigned job duties;
- Coordination of all billing as it relates to Medicaid, Managed Medicaid, Medicare, Self-pay, and all third party insurance;
- Work with Program Leadership to maintain a clean aging report;
- Produce AR reports to assist decision making to balance budget;
- Maintain and monitor a system to ensure proper fiscal management in compliance with Agency and funding source regulations;
- Comply with funding source rules;
- Comply with Medicare and Medicaid rules;
- Oversee all inspections/audits of the AR department to achieve excellent standards and maintain positive working relationships with all funding source representatives, auditors, and other representatives;
- Expand third party insurance relationship including establishing Oaks Integrated Care as a network provider;
- Prepare revenue projections for all billing programs;
- Prepare schedules for auditors and tie out related AR balance sheet accounts;
- Assist CFO with annual budgeting and budget modification process, i.e., project program salaries by position and program billing revenue with full responsibility of assigned program VPs’ budget and budget modifications;
- Participate as an active member on community committee’s relevant to fiscal management and non-profit organizations;
- Monthly Financial Statement Analysis and General Ledger functions;
- Special projects as assigned by CFO

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field;
- Minimum of three (3) years billing related experience;
Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience;
- Excellent communication and writing skills; Strong work ethic;

Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare billing procedures and regulations preferred
