As an Office Manager, you will work within our CCBHC program located in Trenton, NJ.
Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday; 40 hours; 8:30am-5:00pm
Responsibilities
- Supervision of support staff including secretary, drivers and security.
- Monitor various areas of billing
- Hire and train staff under direction of Program Director.
- Displays a thorough knowledge of office skills, computer hardware and software.
- Prepares accurate and detailed records and reports.
- Maintains and orders office supplies.
- Prepares minutes of meetings as requested.
- Composes and prepares correspondence, forms and reports as assigned
- Monitors and maintains the distribution of outgoing and incoming mail
- Notifies the director and administration of repair needs for equipment, phones and facilities.
- Attends staff meetings, agency sponsored management meetings and supervisory sessions regularly.
- Supports, assists and fills in for receptionist including answering phones, monitoring the billing system, and performing all other front desk functions as needed.
- Assists with data preparation and entry, and control and verification of client data.
- Assists data collection for client care, research and evaluation projects.
- Coordinates with the MIS department to maintain correct client lists, maintain files, report difficulties and problems in the operation of the computer, and transfers all necessary data to MIS in a timely manner.
- Participates in unit meetings, in-service training sessions, quality assurance/utilization and peer review activities and other program activities as assigned; attends supervisory sessions regularly.

- High School diploma or equivalent required;
- Administrative/clerical experience preferred;
- Must be 18 years or older;
- Valid Driver's License in good standing required.
