A leading global hedge fund (NYC - Midtown) is seeking a Senior End User Engineering Lead to support and evolve a complex environment spanning 1,000 endpoints across international offices. This is a highly visible, hands-on role responsible for driving desktop engineering strategy, modern endpoint management, and user experience improvements across laptops, desktops, and thin clients. You’ll work extensively with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, SCCM (MECM), Azure AD (Entra ID), and Azure Cloud, while also supporting market data and trading platforms such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and Neovest. This position includes direct interaction with portfolio managers and front-office users, delivering white-glove support in a fast-paced trading environment.
