Senior Salesforce Lightning Developer

Oakridge has been engaged to identify a Senior Lightning Salesforce Developer for an Alternative Asset firm. We are seeking a candidate with over 10 years of hands-on experience of Salesforce Lightning Development, that is very well-versed in using Lightning Web Components (LWC) as user interface (UI) framework to create customized pages and functions on the Salesforce platform.

Work closely with internal and external resources to determine goals, objectives and timelines and document interface requirements.

• Develop in Salesforce Lightning applications using Lightning Components, Controllers and Events and used custom CSS in the components.
• Using LWC within JavaScript frameworks.
• Design and develop Visualforce Pages, Visualforce Components, Apex Controllers for activity logging in SF.
• Knowledge on Open Source Aura Framework and implemented some of the Lightning components
• Experience in working with OOB (Out-of-Box) features for creating Custom layouts, Business processes and Email alerts.
• Hands-on experience implementing Security/Sharing rules, Configure permission sets, Field level Security, Record level Security, Profiles, Roles and Resource monitoring at different hierarchical levels of the organization.
• Past experiencer with Experience Cloud as an online social platform to connect customers, partners, and employees with each other.

Pluses:

Salesforce Certification (Platform Developer 1 and/or Platform Developer 2)

Create dashboards, Dataflows, Datasets, using Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics)

Experience with Agentforce and Salesforce AI suite is a plus

Experience with AI powered IDEs for Salesforce Development is a plus
