What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Data position at Oakridge Staffing?

We have a greenfield opportunity at an existing highly successful alternative asset firm. Our first hire will be the head/lead and will define the architecture and build the team. The data platform will be used to create actionable insight to be used to make investment discissions.
