Pay Range: $19.00 per hour
Schedule (Full-Time): Wednesday - Friday (3:00pm - 11:00pm )

What You’ll Do:
- Greet residents, visitors, and team members with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with efficiency and courtesy.
- Assist residents with inquiries, requests, and scheduling needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk and lobby area.
- Manage visitor logs, package deliveries, and community announcements.
- Support the coordination of events, appointments, and transportation.
- Respond to emergencies or resident alerts per protocol.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior customer service or front desk/reception experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
- Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and handle occasional high-pressure situations.
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
