Join our energetic, family-centered pediatric clinic as a Supervising Occupational Therapist at our new clinic opening in Lake Highlands, Dallas! At Oaklin Lane, we provide high-quality, play-based care to children with a wide range of physical and developmental needs — all within a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.

This is a leadership-focused role ideal for an experienced OT who's excited to step away from direct treatment and into mentorship, oversight, and team development. As the supervising OT, you'll lead a tight-knit team of OT Assistants (COTAs) and Techs — supporting their clinical work, guiding treatment planning, and ensuring every child receives individualized, evidence-based care.

With a Monday–Thursday clinic schedule and no patient caseload of your own, this position offers true flexibility while giving you the chance to shape the direction of care and contribute meaningfully to the growth of our OT program. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of three Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in a collaborative, interdisciplinary clinic setting
• Provide regular mentorship, feedback, and support to assistants to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care
• Oversee treatment planning and goal development for all occupational therapy patients
• Review and co-sign documentation completed by assistants; ensure clinical notes meet compliance and quality standards
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches in collaboration with the assistant team
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and coordinate care with OT, ST, and admin teams
• Foster a team culture focused on learning, mutual support, and clinical excellence
• Maintain organized systems for scheduling, supervision logs, and documentation review
• Stay current on best practices and new developments in pediatric occupational therapy

Required Skills

• Current Texas licensure as a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
• Minimum of 3 years of pediatric occupational therapy experience (supervisory experience strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of developmental milestones, sensory integration, and functional pediatric interventions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in a mentorship or leadership capacity
• Comfort using EMR systems and reviewing documentation for compliance and quality
• Passion for professional growth, leadership development, and contributing to a high-performing therapy team

$75,000—$100,000 USD
