Schedule

- Monday - Thursday
- 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM in-clinic or remote as needed for supervision
- Friday
- Remote
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of PTAs delivering pediatric physical therapy services
- Oversee the development and adjustment of individualized treatment plans
- Review and co-sign daily documentation, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strong clinical reasoning
- Monitor patient progress and collaborate with PTAs to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Provide hands-on training and regular feedback to promote professional growth among assistants
- Coordinate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support whole-child care
- Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to program development and quality improvement
- Maintain organized supervision records and stay aligned with licensure board requirements
- Keep current with research and continuing education in pediatric physical therapy
- Help scale clinic systems as part of a rapidly growing practice with leadership advancement opportunities
- Current Texas licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Minimum of 3 years of pediatric experience (prior supervisory or mentorship experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of pediatric mobility, motor development, and neuromuscular conditions
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using EMR systems and reviewing clinical documentation for quality and compliance
- Passion for leading teams, mentoring clinicians, and building systems
- Clear desire for growth in a leadership-focused, non-clinical patient care role
