Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday - Thursday
- 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM in-clinic or remote as needed for supervision
- Friday
- Remote
- Supervise and mentor a team of SLPAs delivering speech and language therapy in a pediatric outpatient setting
- Guide the development of treatment plans and communication goals tailored to each child's unique needs
- Review and co-sign SLPA documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clinical excellence
- Monitor patient progress and collaborate with assistants to make treatment adjustments as needed
- Support SLPAs with ongoing clinical training, coaching, and real-time problem solving
- Communicate regularly with families to support patient goals and maintain care continuity
- Collaborate closely with PT, OT, and admin teams in an interdisciplinary environment
- Maintain organized records of supervision and ensure alignment with licensure board requirements
- Stay informed on current research and best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
- Contribute to clinical process improvement and help build scalable systems as the clinic grows
- Current Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Minimum of 3 years of pediatric experience (supervisory or mentorship experience strongly preferred)
- Deep knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, language, and pragmatic skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Comfortable using EMR systems and reviewing documentation for clinical accuracy and compliance
- Passion for developing others and supporting a growing therapy practice
