Talent Operations Coordinator
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid with significant flexibility)
Contract Type: Ongoing temporary assignment with potential for permanent conversion
Temporary Compensation: $25 - $30
Hours: 40 hours per week
We are partnering with a global SaaS organization seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator to join its fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. This role will be instrumental in delivering exceptional candidate experience while managing complex interview scheduling and coordination across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage GoodTime and Ashby to coordinate and schedule complex interview processes including phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite interviews across multiple time zones.
- Scheduling up to 45 interviews per week across the North American region, managing candidate communication, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups, maintaining an exceptional candidate experience throughout.
- A major part of this role will be working with the Head of TA Operations to look at workflows, AI integration and work to identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency across talent operations.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align interview logistics with business needs.
- Handle last-minute scheduling changes and conflicts with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, pipelines, and recruiting reports.
- Assist with new hire onboarding scheduling and coordination where required.
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring communication flows smoothly.
Key Requirements:
- 4 years' experience in a Talent Operations Coordination role within a fast-paced tech centric environment.
- Hands-on experience with Ashby or GoodTime is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
